Playful Engagement Session at Garden of the Gods | Emily & Andrew
Emily and Andrew’s engagement session at Garden of the Gods was filled with laughter, love, and the kind of playful energy that makes documenting couples so rewarding. This stunning Colorado location, with its iconic red rock formations and Pikes Peak in the distance, made the perfect backdrop for their love story.
From the moment we began, it was clear that these two were made for each other. They were sweet and affectionate one moment, and goofing around the next — exactly the kind of dynamic I love to capture. Whether they were dancing under the shadows of the red rocks or sharing quiet, intimate moments, their connection came through in every frame.
One of my favorite parts of this session? When Emily and Andrew brought out their Eagles jerseys! As huge Philadelphia Eagles fans, they wanted to incorporate something fun and personal — and it was the perfect touch. It showed off their shared love of football and made the session even more uniquely “them.”
I’m counting down the days until I get to capture their wedding this October at 1 C Barn — one of my favorite venues. If their engagement session was any indication, their big day is going to be unforgettable.
