Sunrise Elopement at Garden of the Gods | Tabitha & Destanie
Tabitha and Destanie traveled all the way from Tennessee to say “I do” in the heart of Colorado Springs. Their elopement at Garden of the Gods was filled with intention, beauty, and meaning from beginning to end.
We started their morning at a cozy Airbnb, capturing sweet, quiet moments as they got ready. As the sun began to rise, we made our way to Garden of the Gods for their first look. The early light bathed the red rocks and mountain backdrop in a warm glow as they shared their vows in a private and emotional ceremony.
To celebrate, they popped champagne and toasted to their new chapter together. One of my favorite parts of the day? They brought along their sketchbooks and sat together to draw a little piece of Garden of the Gods — the very spot where they began their married life. It was such a beautiful, creative touch that captured who they are as a couple.
We wandered the park for portraits, soaking in the views and documenting their joy. Everything about this day felt genuine, sweet, and unique — just like them.
And how did we wrap up such a magical morning? With breakfast burritos from Rudy’s, of course. It was the perfect end to an unforgettable elopement — relaxed, meaningful, and full of love.
