A Family Session at Knox Farm State Park

This session was extra special for me, as it was with my Aunt Barb and her beautiful family. We met up at Knox Farm State Park in Western New York, a location that holds so much charm with its historic barns, wide-open grassy fields, and stunning architecture. It's one of those places that makes photographing families an absolute joy.

Barb’s daughters—my cousins—joined in with their husbands and their newest little additions. It was such a treat to not only capture multiple families in one session but to photograph my own loved ones. Watching everyone laugh, play, and simply enjoy each other’s company reminded me of how important these moments are.

We wandered around the park, taking advantage of the tall grasses and rustic backdrops. The love and connection between each family member made every image feel alive and full of meaning. Sessions like this one are a beautiful reminder of why I do what I do: to preserve the joy, the relationships, and the milestones that make life so rich.

Capturing these memories for my own family made it even more meaningful. I’m so grateful for the trust they place in me and for the opportunity to document their story in such a beautiful setting.
