Kelsey’s Bridal Boudoir Session, at Cultivate Studios, in Colorado Springs, Colorado
I first connected with Kelsey when she reached out about having me photograph her wedding. Unfortunately, I was already booked and out of town that weekend, but I was happy to refer her to a trusted friend. A few months later, I posted a Valentine’s Day boudoir promotion — and Kelsey booked right away! I was so excited to work with her, even if it wasn’t for her wedding day.
We chose the perfect studio location, and Kelsey treated herself to professional hair and makeup beforehand. She went with soft curls, a natural glow, and bold red lipstick — the kind of mini glow-up that makes you walk a little taller. From the moment we started, Kelsey was confident and completely open to the process. She followed every direction with ease, and it was so special to see her light up each time I showed her the back of my camera. Watching someone see themselves in a new light like that — it never gets old.
These sessions are more than just photos. They’re about giving yourself permission to feel confident, powerful, and beautiful — just as you are. Before your session, we’ll meet in person or on Zoom to talk through your vision and make sure you feel fully prepared and supported. You’ll never feel judged, uncomfortable, or pushed to do anything that doesn’t feel like you.
Boudoir isn’t about pretending — it’s about letting go of the self-doubt and stepping into the version of yourself that’s been there all along. You deserve to feel amazing in your skin, and I’ll be with you every step of the way.
